2008: Deacon as Servant Leader: In Justice to a Wider World
This year at the meeting there were no candidates that came forward for the office of President-Elect. So, Bob Markert agreed to run for President-Elect. After being elected he resigned his position as Past President. Hal Belcher then agreed to continue on for one more year as Past President.
N D I C E 2009
The theme for next year is "Scripture: the foundation for Diakonia" and the dates are July 19-22, 2009.
The goal of NDICE 2008 is to provide attendees with the theological basis and practical tools that underpin this significant leadership responsibility.
